At Varnished Nails, the privacy of our visitors is very important to us. This privacy policy outlines the types of personal information that is received and collected by Varnished Nails, and how it is used.

Varnished Nails will never maintain a database of your contact information, nor will we ever sell or distribute your contact information. Your privacy is one of our priorities!

  • Log Files

Like many other Web sites, Varnished Nails makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. IP addresses, and other such information are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

  • Information You Submit

Varnished Nails does not require registration to use the website. However, we collect personal information when you post a comment or submit a contact form. That information may include: Name or alias, email address, IP address.

If you subscribe to Varnished Nails by email, your email address will also be recorded by the form submission service.

Varnished Nails will never maintain a database of your contact information, nor will I ever sell or distribute your contact information.

Varnished Nails accepts advertising in the form of affiliate links, graphics and logos. Varnished Nails receives a small commission off purchases made through affiliate links and under certain circumstances, clicks.

The following information is specific to Google’s use of the DART Cookie. This cookie is specific to Google Adsense ads and is applicable to all websites that publish/run Google Adsense.

Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on Varnished Nails.
